We are delighted to have been awarded the detailed design and landscaping works by OD Interiors at the Thames Valley Business Park, Reading working for Clients Royal London Insurance.

The project covers 2.2 hectares and includes the reduction of a large lake, installation of bridges, new hard landscaping areas and pathways as well as wild-flower meadows. The works are particularly sensitive in respect of the surrounding area being a wild life habitat, therefore careful consideration has been given to ecology. Appointed ecologists have completed two bird survey reports and a section of the lake has been temporarily cordoned off due to the nesting site of a resident moorhen!

On completion of the new 4th floor to the building, we will be installing a very stylish roof terrace including illuminated planters, table tennis, binocular viewing points with bespoke furnishings and a large wildlife friendly sedum roof. The works will be completed in early 2017.
