Bartholomew Landscaping are delighted to be working with Danish architects JAC Studios who have prepared exciting proposals for a fabulous luxury apartment in the prestigious Principal Tower development in Shoreditch.

Principal Tower is a landmark 50-storey residential tower with 298 apartments designed by the architects Foster and Partners and is located in Principal Place, a mixed use development on the edge of the City of London in the borough of Hackney, London. The apartment has been cleverly designed with a dual aspect delivering rooms with a light and spacious feel. The apartment has its own curved balcony affording sweeping views across London.

The design for the interior of the apartment; prepared by Jac studios has been carefully tailored to complement the building and communal spaces but also involves some very complex and monumental bespoke furniture that will ensure that this apartment is unique.

We are being trusted with the task of assisting with the manufacture and installation of these fabulous architectural pieces. The delivery and installation of the largest items will be particularly challenging as the building has been completed and everything needs to be manoeuvred through the communal areas. We are sure that our experience in planting large trees on the terraces and penthouses of some of the most prestigious buildings in London will come in very useful and our skilled team will ensure that the project is a success.

JAC Studios are based in Copenhagen and have been involved in some of the most imaginative developments and interiors in Europe. They approached Bartholomew after they received a glowing reference for our company from the innovative London based Furniture designer and maker Bim Burton. We have worked very closely with Bim on a number of interior refurbishments for our clients who wanted us to assist them with their interiors after we had completed landscaping works in their gardens.
